This is a FREE Christmas ride to blow the cobwebs out of your fuggy festive brains. It's a 33 mile route taking us from Hampton Court Station to Box Hill and back. We meet outside Hampton Court Station at 9am then progress along roads and trails to Walton-on-the-Hill where we can stop for coffee before progressing to Box Hill. From the top of Box Hill we can view a great Surrey vista before we make our way down the famous Zig Zag bends and then onwards to Westhumble where we can stop for a pub lunch to warm ourselves up. After lunch our route takes us via Leatherhead to Ashstead and back to Hampton Court. This ride is mostly road with a mix of off-road trails cutting out the known muddy sections. If the weather holds this will be a fine festive ride completed by an excellent pub lunch.
