Steady+: 14mph (17mph on the flat).

Inters: 15mph (18mph on the flat).

Inter+: 17mph (19mph on the flat).

Advanced: 18mph (21mph on the flat).

Remember the THREE GOLDEN RULES of group cycling:

1. Do not ride off the front/surge.
2. Look behind regularly and shout "Slow!" or "Man down!" if anyone is missing.
3. Regroup at junctions and tops of hills.

Essential - please bring at least one water bottle, snacks, cash for coffee, lights, a pump, Allen keys/multi-tool, tyre levers and at least one spare inner tube.

Please do not turn up to the event if you haven’t RSVP’d or the event is full.
