BY THE SIDE OF COLICCI’S CAFÉ (CARPARK SIDE), ROEHAMPTON GATE

Average speeds will be:

Steadies: 13mph (16mph on the flat)

Steady+: 14mph (17mph on the flat)

Inters: 16mph (18mph on the flat).

Inter+: 17mph (20mph on the flat).

Advanced: 18mph (21mph on the flat).

Advanced+: 19mph (22mph on the flat).

Remember the THREE GOLDEN RULES of group cycling:

1. Do not ride off the front/surge.
2. Look behind regularly and shout "Easy!" or "Man down!" if anyone is missing.
3. Regroup at junctions and tops of hills.

Essential - please bring at least one water bottle, snacks, cash for coffee, lights, a pump, Allen keys/multi-tool, tyre levers and at least one spare inner tube.
