A great London ride, starting from Pembroke Lodge in Richmond park, we cycle out through Roehampton Gate and on to familiar roads to the Thames path, we cross the Thames at Albert Bridge, head around Hyde Park, on to the Regents Canal heading up passed Camden, Highgate and Hampstead Heath. Following the ride around Hampstead Heath we pass by the Hampstead Heath Train Station, this will be at the 20 mile point where there is an option to take the overground train directly back to Richmond Station. For those who would like to continue cycling, the ride heads back down to Regents park and takes a familiar return route back to Richmond Park to complete a 35 mile loop.

Bikes: Road Bikes or Hybrid
Distance: 35 miles (or 20 miles if taking the train from Hampstead to Richmond)
Elevation: 1,000 ft
Pace: Moderate
Lunch: Very nice cafes around Hampstead, (Gail’s Bakery, Redemption Roasters, The Garden Gate) decide on the day.

Please bring Bike Lights, wear a Helmut and bring a puncture kit.
