A nice 30 mile winter warmer road bike ride. Starting from Pembroke Lodge in Richmond Park we cycle out through Ham gate, onto Teddington Lock, Bushy Park, and Hampton Court to follow a familiar route through Walton and Shepperton. We continue up towards Heathrow, Heston and to Osterley Park where we can stop for coffees and food at the National Trust Cafe. We complete the ride cycling through Brentford, Isleworth and Richmond. There are options along these final sections for people to make their own way home on a preferred route.
