I found Trampled By Turtles when they did a bluegrass version of Where is my mind by the Pixies. They're one of my favorite bands. The Turnpike Troubadours are one of the best live bands in the world. I don't know Mt. Joy, but someone thinks they're better than the other two. So that should be good.
