What we’re about

Welcome to the The Riders Social, a growing community of motorcycle enthusiasts primarily from South East Asia (Desi). Our group is dedicated to the joy of riding, fostering a sense of camaraderie among fellow riders, and creating unforgettable adventures on the open road.

At the The Riders Social, we believe in more than just a ride. We hope to create bonds and experiences. Our members regularly meet for exciting group rides, exploring scenic routes, and discovering hidden gems together. Apart from the rides, we organize social gatherings where we connect, share stories, and celebrate our shared passion for motorcycles.

We aim to provide a supportive environment where members can exchange tips, techniques, and insights, enhancing skills and safety on the road. Whether you’re a seasoned rider or new to the world of motorcycles, there’s always something to learn and someone to learn from.

Join us at the The Riders Social and be a part of a community that rides together, learns together, and grows together.

Some Requirements and Guidelines:

  • Riders must have a Motorcycle endorsed Driver’s License
  • Riders must wear appropriate protective gear. Helmet, Jacket, Pants, Boots, Gloves. Dress appropriately for the weather – especially the colder days.
  • Riders are strongly recommended to use Sena Communication Headset. This makes it much easier to communicate while riding.
  • All communications via Sena during rides should be about the ride or riding. Communications should not be confused with a chit chat channel.
  • No Alcohol will be consumed during a ride.
  • On major (wide) roads we will follow a staggered formation, with the lead rider being on the left of the lane and each rider alternating.
  • On single (narrow) roads, we may ride single file
  • Irrespective of type of formation, riders must maintain reasonable and safe distance from the rider in front. Ideally 3 secs gap.
  • Riders must make sure that the motorcycles are in good running order, fueled up and ready for the KSU Time (Kick Stands Up)
  • When riding through rural areas and small towns, please respect the area and the people by riding responsibly and respectfully.

The Rides planned will be broadly based on the following Types. The ride may be adjusted based on the riders attending the event.

A: 50~150 miles / no highways / light curves / no mountains / Easy Pace
B: 100~200 miles / no highways / mild curves / light mountains / Spirited
C: 100~300 miles / mixed with highways / strong curves / heavy mountains / Spirited +

[It is recommended that new and riders with smaller motorcycles not ride the Spirited + Rides]
