Mindful awareness is the gateway to freedom! Through empowering meditation sessions we will go more deeply into our true selves, cultivate ease and equanimity, and open to our full potential.

After the meditation there will be an opportunity to ask questions about meditation or mindfulness. This could be anything from how to work with thoughts in meditation, to how to apply mindfulness to specific situations/challenges in daily life. Whatever it is, I’m here to support you in deepening your mindful experience, so have your questions ready!

The session will be facilitated by Asha, a long time mindfulness practitioner who has spent more that 500 days in Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh’s mindfulness center and trained as a teacher with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.

No prior meditation experience is necessary—just an open heart and a willingness to connect.
