As a teacher and coach with decades of mindfulness experience, I know the power of these practices to create profound change. Mindful awareness transformed my life, and I’m committed to helping others experience the same healing and growth—both personally and collectively.
After each meditation there will be an opportunity to chill together, share what is in our hearts, and ask questions about meditation or applying mindfulness in daily life. Whether you’re new to meditation or have been practicing for years, you’re warmly welcomed here.
