What we’re about
At &Rise we believe that women thrive on building and sustaining strong connections with one another, some of which assist in forming their futures! In order to help facilitate these bonds, we’re passionate about hosting events that highlight inspirational stories of triumph and motivate all that attend to accomplish any and everything they want in life, personally or professionally.
This group is for women of all ages, colors, creeds, and backgrounds. We are LGBTQ friendly and welcome trans and nonbinary people. In addition to our empowerment events, & Rise offers a diverse range of services made to help women succeed. The roster includes; free counseling, free support groups, financial education, trauma life coaching, career development, book club, and women's empowerment events.
For Virtual Support Groups: Please note that this group is for women only. Any men attempting to access our groups will be kicked out of the meeting and will be reported. Please be advised that we have a zero-tolerance policy for any disrespectful language and behavior and the facilitator has the right to remove you and ban you from re-entering our groups. Additionally, as an added security measure, participants MUST sign into zoom with the same name they used to register. If you come on the zoom call with a different name, you will not be permitted to enter and left in the waiting room.
For In-Person Support Groups: Please note that this group is for women only. Any men attempting to join our groups will not be allowed in. Please be advised that we have a zero-tolerance policy for any disrespectful language and behavior and the facilitator has the right to ask you to leave and ban you from re-entering our groups.
