What we’re about
Welcome to Rise & Run! A women's running club that meets weekly for in-person group runs. Runners (and walkers) of all experience levels welcome! We enjoy training together, improving our run game, participating in races, and supporting each other along the way.
Members can expect fun, safe, organized (and non-intimidating!) group training runs facilitated by our RRCA Certified Running Coach. Group run meetups typically involve a dynamic warmup, run strategy or workout description, walking cool down, post run core workout (following our Wednesday evening runs) or coffee/socialization (following our Saturday morning runs). Various running topics will be introduced and reviewed weekly in an effort to learn and apply to our run games. Our goal is to grow your love for running while becoming better at it!
