River City Boomers, enjoy a nice fall day taking about 1.5 mile walk through this historical battlefield. It is relatively flat for the most part but there are a couple of small hills along the way. This is a beautiful park to take a walk along with the history.
After the walk we will grab lunch at Anna's Italian 7009 Mechanicsville Turnpike for 1 PM. It is about 10 to 15 minutes from the battlefield. This is a new venue for us to try as we have not been here before.
When making your RSVPs please advise if you will not be attending lunch so that I will know how many will be going to lunch and can keep the restaurant up to date with RSVPs,
We will meet in parking lot where the visitor center is located. Look forward to seeing everyone.
