Project Invitation: Exploring Community-Led Accountability for Institutional Transformation
Join an exploratory group dedicated to designing pilot projects informed by Yvette Dubel’s Institutional Accountability Model (IAM). This group seeks to uncover actionable projects that align with community needs, aiming to generate systemic transformation through creative civic engagement.
Overview
Led by artist-researcher Yvette Dubel, this initiative is an open inquiry to develop pilot projects centered on institutional accountability and ethical stewardship. Working with the Empowered Innovation Alliance, we aim to co-create an adaptable curriculum model to empower community members as agents of meaningful change. This project offers a collaborative space to investigate institutional practices, inspire transparency, and foster alignment with community-driven goals.

Why This Matters
This initiative serves as a living laboratory to advance art-based inquiry, linking accountability with community engagement. Participants will help refine a dynamic curriculum that reflects the values of social justice, community resilience, and the ethical accountability models. Through these engagements, we encourage reflection on how institutions can better honor and serve their foundational missions and the people they represent.
