Sunday AM Walnut Creek Hike - Casual Hike

Beat the rush to enjoy the outdoors and start your Sunday early.

Join Phil and his dog, Tank, walking through their favorite metropolitan park, Walnut Creek.

This is an easy going hike - we will change the trails and distance to accommodate the group.

We likely will be walking on the trails, assuming there's no mud / poor trail conditions.

Suitable footwear, water, and UV protection are recommended.

We will be at the Google Maps location (Main Trailhead in the Parking lot) and embark around 8:15.

Dogs are welcome, as Walnut Creek is dog-friendly, and there are off-leash areas, too. Please respect the on- and off-leash zones of the park for other park goers. Please come prepared to clean up after your dog, and we recommend having water for the pup, too (no public water and rivers are unsuitable for drinking).
