Come join us for some social tag rugby!

It’s a very inclusive sport that anyone can play regardless of fitness or experience level. Whether you are a seasoned player or have never picked up a rugby ball before, you are welcome to join. We will always someone on hand to teach you the rules and different techniques.

The idea of the group is to get active, have fun and meet new people and so don't hesitate to bring your partners, friends and work colleagues along too. We also like to get together for evening drinks and other events too, so come along and give it go!

Note that this is non-contact.

• In terms of clothing, regular gym clothing is ok, but nothing too loose and no pockets. Normal trainers are fine however for more grip, football boots are a good option (but no metal studs).
