Our Tightening and Toning class is for you! This class has numerous benefits, including improved physical health, increased energy levels, reduced risk of injury and less stress. Our class is designed to help transform your body through motivational music and personal strength training.
PLEASE – wear or bring your sneaker/tennis shoes for this class!
This is a 60-minute class that focus on the abs, arms, and legs while building muscular strength, endurance, and balance. Class ends with a flexibility segment as part of the cooldown to help relax muscles after an intense workout.
Warm-up – may include a brisk 5-7 minute aerobic warm-up (consisting of some type of aerobic movement, i.e. (Or Outdoor 10 minute power walk – depending on weather). Classes open to all levels. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early.
