Hills pay the bills!! Around 3 miles total at 4:30am every Wednesday. Meeting at the Riverstone Park Pavilion near Mireles Elementary.

I know that running/walking is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not run/walk unless I am medically able and properly trained. I assume all risks associated with running/walking including, but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather and conditions of the road and traffic on the route, all risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the Alamo Ranch Runners, group members, host municipalities and all sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims and liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in these runs even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on my part of the persons and entities named in this waiver. I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use my name, likeness and identity in any photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
