Join us every Saturday morning in October and November as we continue training for upcoming races including the CIM. We’re switching between this location and the UV Starbucks to experience different parts of the trail. Come join us as we continue to MOVE INTO LIFE.

Your hosts will lead you in a warm-up before your run/walk. We will also provide you with a route depending on your chosen distance.

After your workout, stay and join us for coffee/breakfast at Starbucks (you can even order ahead on their app).
