Join our GALT crew on a run or run/walk intervals on Monday and Friday mornings. Meet up at Galt Community Park by the tennis/pickleball courts at 6 am (yup, in the morning), and the group will warm up and take off promptly after that.

The group will go 3 ish miles depending on everyone’s pace for the day.

Lakshmi and Kieu will discuss the route before you take off and if your schedule allows, feel free to stay for coffee and a chat afterwards.
