5K Run in Ridgewood - meet outside Sweet Kitchen

This route is a 5K that goes through the streets of Ridgewood and Midland Park. We meet outside of Sweet Kitchen and then we'll run a route through the streets of Ridgewood.

We meet outside of Sweet Kitchen just across from the big clock in Ridgewood at the intersection of E. Ridgewood Ave. and Oak St. This is a fun route that starts off in downtown Ridgewood, then it goes underground, below the train tracks, then it's back on the streets and the steady incline begins and persists for a bit. After that, it gets a lot easier. Just be ready for the incline. If you don't like hills, the incline will be a nice little challenge as it only lasts for less than half a mile or so. Most of the run is on sidewalks.
