Welcome to Zürich Running & Mobility Training by AG Performance! If you're just starting out or you've been running for years, this group is for anyone looking to run smarter and improve their flexibility, prevent injuries, and elevate their running game. We believe that running smarter is more important than running faster—mastering the right techniques will help you run better in the long run.
Our training focuses on key elements like flexibility and mobility trainings, proper warm-ups, breathing techniques, and training in Zone 2, the optimal heart rate zone for building endurance. We’ll help you improve your running mechanics, avoid injuries, and make sure you’re training in a way that boosts performance and keeps you healthy.

What to Expect:
- Warm-Up & Breathing Techniques: We'll start off with a dynamic warm-up designed to loosen up your muscles and get your body ready for the run. This will help reduce the risk of injury and prepare you for optimal performance. You'll also learn proper breathing techniques to run more efficiently.
- 5K Run: We'll run together, focusing on technique, smart pacing, and efficiency, while keeping Zone 2 running in mind to build endurance. This 5K run is for everyone.
- Stretching & Mobility: After the run, we'll guide you through a 30-minute stretching and mobility session. This will help improve your flexibility, aid recovery, and ensure you're staying injury-free. The aim is that you practice this exercises at home.
What You Will Learn:
- Proper warm-up routines for injury prevention
- Benefits of Zone 2 running
- Proper breathing techniques during running and why it's important
- Mobility & stretch training to improve flexibility and recovery
