Welcome to Zürich Running & Mobility Training by AG Performance! If you're just starting out or you've been running for years, this group is for anyone looking to run smarter and improve their flexibility, prevent injuries, and elevate their running game. We believe that running smarter is more important than running faster—mastering the right techniques will help you run better in the long run.

Our training focuses on key elements like flexibility and mobility trainings, proper warm-ups, breathing techniques, and training in Zone 2, the optimal heart rate zone for building endurance. We’ll help you improve your running mechanics, avoid injuries, and make sure you’re training in a way that boosts performance and keeps you healthy.
