Join us for our AG Performance Running & Mobility Training event! This is a perfect chance to meet fellow runners, improve your running technique, and work on flexibility and injury prevention. All fitness levels are welcome!

What to Expect:

  1. Warm-Up & Breathing Techniques: We'll start off with a dynamic warm-up designed to loosen up your muscles and get your body ready for the run. This will help reduce the risk of injury and prepare you for optimal performance. You'll also learn proper breathing techniques to run more efficiently.
  2. 5K Run: We'll run together, focusing on technique, smart pacing, and efficiency, while keeping Zone 2 running in mind to build endurance. This 5K run is for everyone.
  3. Stretching & Mobility: After the run, we'll guide you through a 30-minute stretching and mobility session. This will help improve your flexibility, aid recovery, and ensure you're staying injury-free. The aim is that you practice this exercises at home.

What You Will Learn:

  • Proper warm-up routines for injury prevention
  • Benefits of Zone 2 running
  • Proper breathing techniques during running and why it's important
  • Mobility & stretch training to improve flexibility and recovery

  • What to Bring: Comfortable running shoes, water, and a towel if needed
