Hey guys :)
Excited about this event on Sunday the 15th of December, from 10am until 11:30am, which is a 30-minute run followed by a 1-hour round table coffee social where I will make sure that everyone feels welcome and is included in the conversation :)
The purpose of this event is to improve mental health, reduce anxiety, boost health and fitness, and provide the space for new friendships to form!
The format for the event is as follows:
We will meet outside the library of Birmingham between 9:45am and 9:55am, everyone will be put into pairs for the run, we will start the run at 10am at a pace suitable for the whole group and, finally, we will go for a coffee :')
The outcome of this event is that you will feel more secure in yourself when conversing with people, you will feel less held back by your current challenges, you will have improved your health and fitness and you might make a new friend or two :)
