What we’re about
This is a group for people who want to start running and want a buddy to meet up with.
We meet 3 times a week.
As we will be training, we will add some strength training for our joints but also the upper body.
We start slow,
5 minutes warm up walking
20 minutes mixing walking and running
5 minutes walking
5 minutes stretching
With time, the amount of running will increase and the walking periods will decrease.
