Shelter #1 at Robious Landing Park is the one nearest to the River.

All across the country, Virginia Tech Alumni Chapters host events to celebrate local students that are starting at Virginia Tech in the fall. This is a great opportunity to connect new students and their families to other new Hokies and the local alumni that support their chapter. It is a wonderful send-off to HOKIE NATION!

We are excited to celebrate and welcome YOU into the VT family with an invitation to this Celebration Picnic on May 18th from 11am - 1pm. Current students, alumni, and other Richmond Hokie Parents are invited as they are most helpful in answering any questions about life at Virginia Tech.
Stephanie Brady and Francis Keene who are with Virginia Tech Student Affairs will be in attendance to have conversations and address question.

Lunch will be provided. And don't forget to wear your maroon and orange. We can't wait to see you and welcome you to Hokie Nation!
