What we’re about
We are a group of hikers with kids who get together and enjoy the beauty of nature. Get the kids off their electronic devices and explore the great outdoors with other kids.
“Nature is a tool to get children to experience not just the wider world, but themselves.” – Stephen Moss.
If you have an idea for a hike and would like some company, everyone is welcome to initiate an activity and we’ll gladly post it. “Plan the hike and they will come". Our average hike is generally 2-5 miles and there is usually a nice lake or picnic area for folks to stop short and catch us on the return if our little hikers would rather collect pine cones or chase lizards. We also do less hikey stuff like picnics, roller skating, swimming, etc. All ages are welcome. A brief BIO and your PICTURE are required. We do not require a fee to participated, but if you'd like to contribute to help offset our expenses, we sure appreciate it. Enjoy!
