Where Are We Headed?
Beginning near the 6.5 mile-marker on the American River Parkway Trail, we will head upstream, going under the Guy West Bridge, and continuing on towards the Watt Avenue over-crossing.
This will be an out-and-back course workout. Distance and pace will be determined by the participants and their individual training plans.
Recommended Marathon Training Distances:
Mid-Week = 12 Miles
Weekend (Taper) = 14 miles
Typically, someone is there at this location fifteen minutes before the listed starting time should you want to engage in some pre-workout stretching.
