ABOUT THE GROUP:
Part nature walk, part en plein air painting, let's get outside with our pencils, sketchbooks, brushes and paints and get inspired!
A type of nature journaling, events will last about 2 hours, with 20-30 minutes of walking, and the rest of the time painting or sketching.
If you are new to watercolors, I am happy to guide you. Everyone must bring their own supplies, and check out the recommended list and tutorial videos below.
ABOUT THE ORGANIZER:
Hi there! I'm Nicole. I'm a creative and nature lover, and new to Sacramento. I organized a successful Walk n Watercolor in Orange County and decided to start a new group. What a great way to get to know the land and the people :)
I have a degree in graphic design, and I've been painting from a young age. Watercolors have been mysterious and daunting, and this is a great way to familiarize yourself with the medium. Feel free to send me a chat with any questions!
