I can’t wait to connect with you at our Heart Healing Cacao & Hapé Medicine Sound Bath. Led by Kelsey Kyle. At this gathering, we will open sacred space and set intentions as a group and individually. Participants will first be served warm, soothing Cacao - helping to ease fully connect your mind, body & spirit, allowing your body to feel safe enough to gently open your heart. Second, while not mandatory, participants will be served Hapé, helping to release stuck, negative energy that is no longer serving your growth, often leaving one with more self love, guidance and clarity.
Additionally, there will be relaxing breath exercises, followed by beautiful sound vibrations taking you on your own sacred heart journey.
My intention for this ceremony is for you to feel grounded & safe enough in your body, to drop out of your mind, into your body and allow your heart to lead.
What is Cacao?
Cacao is chocolate in its raw, purest form derived from the cacao bean and served in liquid form. It is loaded with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants and helps heal, detox and boost the immune system.
Cacao has numerous health & spiritual benefits that include stress relief, soothe symptoms of premenstrual syndrome and depression, balance blood sugar levels and increase blood flow to the brain. When used for ceremonial purposes, Cacao has been known to aid in releasing emotional blockages, find forgiveness for ourselves & others, the ability to access conditioned patterns of behavior that are buried deep in the unconscious and helps to show us the way forward.
What is Hapé?
Hapé is a powerful sacred medicine used for thousands of years by tribes of the Amazon as well as many other South American indigenous cultures. Hapé is a powdered snuff made up of medicinal herbs and sacred tobacco.

What to bring ?
Please wear comfortable clothing, preferably with layers, as your temperature may fluctuate. Lastly, please bring a water bottle, after receiving Cacao and Hapé, it is likely you will want water throughout the event. All other necessary items will be provided (mats, pillows, blankets).
