What we’re about
Welcome to Sacred Ground Church of the Wild & Inter-Faith Mindfulness Sangha! Open to all. We welcome people of all religions or none who wish to find community and connection through mindfulness and our natural world.
Grounded by the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh, we explore the intersections of Engaged Christianity, Engaged Buddhism, and other worthy spiritual and religious traditions with our natural world. Through meditation, sacred readings, and mindfulness in nature, we connect with Mother Earth, each other, and ourselves, realizing the healing in our inter-dependence.
Our inter-faith community invites people to come together on the sacred journey of re-sacralizing our lives, our relationships, and our Earth for the benefit of all beings.

Join us for our Sunday morning multi-faith eco-mindfulness service at 10:30 a.m. on the First Sunday in Lent, either in person or on our Sacred Ground YouTube channel. Contact us for the specific location.
We gather together to slow down and breathe. We gather to contemplate sacred readings from the Judeo-Christian Bible, Thich Nhat Hanh, and other worthy sources. We gather to feel the presence of the sacred, to awaken our spirits, and to feel deeply alive in this present moment.
We practice Engaged Christianity and Engaged Buddhism to heal the Earth, Ourselves, and Each Other.
