As we grow older, society teaches us that movement must be functional and structured. We sit, stand, and walk in predictable patterns, moving through life like robots. But remember a time when movement was play? When you could roll, crawl, jump, and twirl, free from judgment? That inner child still lives within you, yearning to break free.
In in this class, we’ll explore the full range of human motion—reconnecting with the joy and freedom of moving our bodies in any way we can imagine. Through guided exercises, we'll make sounds, use our voices, and tap into forgotten movements to release tension and rediscover our natural flow. It’s a playful, liberating experience where nothing is too silly or too unconventional.
Come prepared to have fun, let loose, and move like you did when you were a kid—wild, free, and full of life!
