Winter Solstice Sunrise Ceremony, Healing Drumming and Meditation FREE

Join the hosts of Houston Shamanism and Sacred Circle Shamanism as we welcome the Spirit of The Season of Winter and the Return of the Light, with a Sunrise Solstice Ceremony and Drumming Circle on Trinity Bay, Saturday December 21st at 8 AM - 9 AM. ***The precise location of this event will be sent only to those who RSVP.

Seating is limited to 12. A waiting list may be started. You may reserve your spot by RSVP'ing on Meetup, or by texting your first name and "Winter Solstice Ceremony" to 281-851-0596. If you must later change your RSVP, we kindly ask that you please do so as soon as possible so another person can have your spot.

After Ceremony, we invite you to join us for coffee and/or brunch at a local coffee shop/restaurant in La Porte (optional). ***There are also antique, thrift stores, boutiques and restaurants on Main Street that may be of interest to any of you who are interested in holiday shopping while you are visiting the city.

Bring your frame drums, djembes, bongos, rattles, tambourines, flutes, a jacket, blanket, and a folding chair or mat to sit on. Since we will be on the water, check the weather forecast before heading out. It tends to be windy and chilly on the bay during the winter. It's also a good idea to check your messages on Meetup or texts in the event of changes. If it is raining, this event will be cancelled on that day.
