- 1st week - Introduction & Guided Meditation - Self-Realization. How to meditate at home.
- 2nd week - Guided Meditation , Learning to balance inner self, info about energy centers, decoding your own state.
- 3rd week -: Guided Meditation , How to removes imbalances, reducing stress exercises
- 4th week -: Guided Meditation , more techniques for relieving stress.
In addition we will also be having daily guided meditation sessions to help the beginners.
