In our Thursday evening programs, you will learn everything you need to bring meditation into your daily life.
A fresh start if you are new to meditation or a restart if you have some prior experience. Either way, we hope that through knowledge and experiences gained in these sessions you will live a healthier, more joyful life!
The entire course is free of charge, as are all the other classes/courses/programs offered by Sahaja Yoga. We are a community of volunteers who believe that meditation is one of the simplest and most effective ways to improve people's lives and we want to share this experience with others.
So come along if you are interested in meditation, want to learn more about yourself, or simply want a few minutes of peace and silence in your busy life.
