For example, we continue to breathe without being aware, similarly, lot of things happen in our body we are not aware of but they all work towards keeping us healthy and functioning. It begins with the process of awakening our inner energy, that would give us peace and balance and continue to help us keep balanced in our day to day life. - No special attire is required for meditation, also you do not have to bring Mat.
- How long do we need to meditate :
It is recommended that everyone spends at least 10-15 mins per day to achieve desired results of meditation and joins once a week for group meditation.
