As taught by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, Sahaja Yoga updates the ancient practice of yoga so that we can maintain our inner calm while going about our daily lives. We discover and develop our own potential.

Join us every weekday, Monday to Friday from 7:15 a.m. to 7:45 a.m. ET.

Sahaja Yoga classes are always free.
