Looking for peace, balance, joy, overcome stress, transform and meet other seekers? Welcome to free guided 'Sahaja Yoga' meditation workshops.
Sahaja Yoga Meditation is a unique energy-based meditation that allows you to achieve a state of thoughtless awareness, a state in which your mind is calmed and gradually emptied of distractions and stressful thoughts. Our meditation class is open to anyone who is interested in learning how to find peace within.

  • Our one-hour classes are conducted by experienced instructors.
  • No yoga mat is required. You can sit on a chair or on the floor.
  • No special clothing is required. Wear comfortable clothing.
  • Our classes are always free, whether online or in-person.
  • Learn about our innate subtle system of Channels and Chakras
  • Learn how to apply simple and practical techniques that bring meditation into your daily lives

There is nothing to bring but an open heart.
