Meditations for a peaceful and happy mind
Each class will include different meditations from the Buddhist tradition suitable for everyone, and cover a different topic, led by Kadam Carol Lutker, Resident Teacher of Maitreya Kadampa Buddhist Center in Jacksonville.
Meets on the FIRST TUESDAY OF THE MONTH, 6:30 – 7:45 PM.
Cost of event - $20, pay at the event.
