- Please do not show up unless you register at https://calendly.com/tracyheilers. Each healing circle is $10, prepaid with a credit card. Space is limited to 10 people. If no one has registered 24 hours ahead of time, the event will be cancelled.
- Join me in laid-back, yet powerful gatherings where we will support each other with healing-centered practices and conversation.
- They will always include gentle, all-level yoga and a variety of experiential practices.
- This month’s added focus will be learning about our body’s fascia and how to take care of it with unwinding practices. We’ll also use my FSM (frequency specific microcurrent) device to run frequencies targeted at releasing adhesions in our fascia and other connective tissue, leading to less pain and greater freedom of movement.
- Kindly give 12 hours of notice if you need to cancel. No refunds or make-ups.
- It will take place in my yoga studio above the garage of my home. It is the green house on the northwest corner of Monroe Avenue and Washington Avenue in St Charles.
- Yoga mats, blankets, and frequency imprinted water will be provided but feel free to bring your own. Please refrain from wearing perfume and scented oils or lotions.
- Arrive no more than 5 minutes early. Park on the street and enter through the front door, go upstairs, and then down the long hallway to my yoga studio.
- After you register/pay, you'll receive an email confirmation with links to create your own calendar event; you may have to check your junk folder.
