December Book Club

We will be reading The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn by Mark Twain, then next month reading James, a modern re-telling of the story from the point of view of Jim.

We know some may not be able to attend in person; we can set up a Zoom meeting if requested.

One of our members recommends the Penguin Classics 2014 edition, “updated with a new introduction by noted Mark Twain scholar R. Kent Rasmussen and a foreword by Azar Nafisi.”
