Our pop-up yoga classes are an offering of ours to our community.
Location: This in-person class will take place at Om Old Orchard STL. While we are big fans of the studio, this is an Integrate event, not an Om Old Orchard event.
Resourcing and Resilience

If you're nodding 'yes,' our Mindful Mends Trauma-Informed Yoga Platform series “Yoga Therapy for Stress Resilience” might be just what you need. Here, we'll explore creative, compassionate, mindful and embodied approaches to support you in finding the seed of wisdom inside yourself.
This class series will teach evidence-based therapeutic yoga practices that can be applied in your everyday life to help regulate the nervous system and reduce the harmful effects of stress.
In this session series, you will learn:
-Practical and simple tools for stress management to settle and soothe the nervous system
-Gently movement with the body through embodiment practices to feel empowered
-Explore mindfulness practices that support compassionate awareness and the ability to address stress or pain
-Cultivate an open-heart practice for self-compassion and authentic connection
-Breathing exercises to activate relaxation response
This journey isn't about fixing what's 'broken,' but rather about rediscovering the wholeness that has always been within you. Together, we'll unlock your inner resources, helping you navigate life's challenges with grace and resilience.

Schedule: Monthly from December - March (4 classes In-person or Online). Each month will focus on particular skills to work with the body/mind/heart you can apply to your daily life to cultivate a sense of stability, groundedness and ease, and we will build on the skills from previous months for continued learning and integration.
