What we’re about

This group is for anyone interested in Buddhism or anyone simply wishing to try out Buddhist meditation in a relaxed and friendly setting. Sessions are led by experienced Buddhists who give an introduction to tranquillity meditation to help develop a calm and peaceful state of mind. This meditation technique is common to all Buddhist schools and our particular transmission is from the Sakya tradition of Tibetan Buddhism. Every session is open to all and no booking is required.
