What's Qi Gong? A collection of thousands of movement styles to energize and restore your body with a flow of energy "Qi" (pronounced "chee"). It's moving meditation, Zen dance, somewhere between Yoga and TaiChi.

What's Zzense? An understanding about human Flourishing and how to accomplish it. Physical, mental, more than just happiness.

As part of George's quest to Flourish through Zzense, he practices this slow and graceful art. You are invited too!

These movements feature dynamic balance, deep breathing, energizing posture, mental calming and focus, and gentle movement-based stretching. Feel the Qi flowing through your revitalized body :)

Enjoy the beautiful fall weather with outdoor Qi Gong practice sessions Tuesdays and Fridays at 9:00 am. One hour. George is also often there other days around 8:00 am. Flat Iron Mesa Park in Sandy. Beginners welcome. **FREE**
