What we’re about
We are a small community of meditators, who like to meet and share our experience with meditation, and how it impacts our mental health and wellbeing. We come together to participate in a group meditation and to socialise. We strongly believe that meditation and socialisation are key components for our mental health and wellbeing.
We organise in person and online events. We are always looking for new people to come and join our little community. If you meditate or have any curiosity towards meditation, then you are one of us. We welcome you to join us for some interesting conversations.
All events are organised by volunteers, and it's run by the community. All events are free to attend.
