San Carlos Board Game Nights

All are welcome to a hike and conversation. We are meeting at the education building which is near the Edgewood Road Parking lot entrance to Edgewood Park at 10:30 a.m. You may need to park on the road. We will be in a group of 8-12 and will start the hike at 10:35 a.m. or so. Bring a lunch for afterwards at the picnic tables nearby. Get your kids and youth out for a hike with nice people and other youngsters. We do not go too hard so anyone ready for a 90-minute hike up the hill and down is welcome. This is a church group but all are welcomed and affirmed. Brief interfaith prayer before lunch and no other proselytizing.

All are welcome to an evening of board and card games. 3 of us will meet at 4 p.m. to discuss these regular monthly events and then start playing. members and friends will be coming at 5 p.m. We are having a potluck so bring a (side) dish, dessert or your own meal. We enjoy light to heavy euro, family, and Ameri-trash games, including King of Tokyo, Space Race, Hansa Teutonica, Ticket to Ride, Codenames, and heavier and newer games. A quick interfaith prayer before the meal but no other proselytizing. Respect, kindness, and acceptance of all expected.
