This group is for players who are finding it hard to find other players at their level of play. Tennis is fun and everyone can grow when matched with people who play the same level. level. A 2.5 player matched with a 4.0 is not fun for either player.

Any member can post a meet up at any time. Simply post the level of the meetup. and the date and time and suggested location. This will allow beginners to find people to grow with and more advanced players to find others at their level to challenge them.

All members must include a rating in their profile. Of course a 2.5 player can be a 3.0 on a good day and a 3.0 may be a 2.5 on a bad day. Rate yourself according to your most typical level of play. Please try not to overrate yourself. If you are new to the game or have just started taking lessons please start in the 2.5 to 3.0 group.

Members must include their rating based on the following.

2.5 Has stroke weakness but knows the basics. This group is for players who have taken lessons or played a little but are not yet comfortable playing competitive matches.

3.0 Fairly consistent when hitting medium paced shots but not comfortable with all strokes and lacks execution when trying for directional control,depth or power.

3.5 Has achieved improved stroke dependability with directional control is more aggressive on returns and net play. Is more consistent with returns,net play etc. Has learned basic footwork and positioning..

4.0 Has dependable strokes,including directional control and depth with both forehand and backhand. Is a seasoned player with excellent court control and footwork.
