San Diego Metal Yoga, is doing a big hair band, yoga class at Thorn Brewery in North Park. I know you probably think this can’t work, and it’s such an odd combination, but it actually works. and is a whole lot of fun. Lol. If you’ve wanted to rock out to some Mötley Crüe, def Leppard , Skid Row, and Whitesnake, while doing yoga, then this is your class.
