What we’re about
Rediscover Calm and Connection Through Nature Bathing
In today’s fast-paced, goal-driven world, it’s easy to lose touch with the parts of ourselves that thrive on stillness, connection, and presence. Nature bathing offers a gentle invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and tune into the wisdom of our senses. It’s a practice of quiet immersion, listening to what the natural world and our inner selves have to share.
Originating as Shinrin-yoku in Japan, forest bathing has roots in cultures worldwide—practices that reconnect us to our bodies, our emotions, and each other in the nurturing embrace of nature. Modern research confirms its benefits, showing that it can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, boost immunity, and support heart health.

What to Expect on Our Walks:
Each gathering begins with a simple breathing exercise and gratitude practice to center ourselves and ground in the environment. We’ll walk slowly, mostly in silence, pausing to notice the sounds, sights, textures, and scents around us. Along the way, we’ll create space to share reflections or feelings, if you feel moved to do so. On the return walk, there’s room to chat, connect with fellow walkers, and learn about the plants, animals, and landscapes we’ve encountered.
If you’re seeking restoration, connection, and community, we invite you to join us on this journey into the heart of nature—and yourself.
