Norwegian Crafting in the Park

Every other Monday, a group of Norwegian craft enthusiasts come together at the House of Norway cottage to work on projects in Hardanger embroidery, knitting, crocheting, wood carving, Viking wire weaving and smøyg pattern darning. We share tips and sources for materials, drink coffee, and enjoy one another's company. If you'd like to join us, we will provide materials for a Hardanger embroidery project to get you started, if that's your interest. If you already have a knitting, crocheting, or other craft project underway (it doesn't have to be Norwegian), bring it and join us. RSVP to this meeting and we'll be in touch.
