Meet me for an early morning hike up Cowles Mtn via Barker Way Trail.

Please arrive before 7:00a and be ready to hike at 7:05a.

DISTANCE: 3.0 miles with gain of 800’.

BRING: Water, snacks, 1st aid kit, 10+ Essentials, sun protection, light jacket, trekking poles (if you use) hiking boots/trail shoes with good traction, etc.

Where to Meet: Barker Way Trailhead located at Barker Way, San Diego, CA 92119.

Please stay home if you are sick or not feeling well.
No Shows are frowned upon and will be marked.
